It is an exempted company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability, the issued Shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange and a subsidiary of Asia Standard International Group Limited (Stock Code : 129).

ASH owns and operates five hotels under the "Empire" branding in Hong Kong, which are all conveniently located in shopping districts and close to business convention centers. In addition to hotel operations, the Group also engages in financial investment, property development and travel agency business.
