Pursuant to the resolutions of the SGM held on 8 September, 2009, the ordinary shares in the capital of the hotel group will be consolidated on the basis of 10 to 1. Upon the proposals becoming effective, a temporary counter under stock code 2948 will be established for trading from 9 September to 22 September.
